The blaze broke out in the early hours of Monday morning at a Wendy house used as an in-transit corpse area.
The fire also affected a temporary storage area for COVID-19medical waste, a temporary isolation unit and a tent used for triage.
Eighteen patients and bodies were moved.
There were no casualties.
