Family and friends stood waiting for her at the airport. Larsson was tied to parachutist Joackim Johansson when she embarked on the jump in Motala, about 240 km southwest of Stockholm.
The two landed without any problems and bystanders assisted Larsson with her treadmill to help her up.
When asked what she saw or felt when they came down, Larsson replied: “I no
longer look so beautiful these days, but it felt good! It is wonderful to slide so slowly from above, it was very nice. ”
ʼn Guinness World Records official was on scene to record the jump. Larsson, who is 103 years and 259 days old, surpassed the previous record of 103 years and 181 days
