Drivers dodge plane as it makes CRASH LANDING in Stellenbosch

The light aircraft had to bring itself down on the R44 near Winery Road.

Locals have been asked to avoid the area, and traffic has been diverted at the intersection. Miraculously, no-one was killed as a result of this emergency maneuver.

In one terrifying clip, the plane can be seen heading directly towards oncoming traffic. Sensible road users are able to pull over to the side of the road, clearing the path for a crash landing. The pilots behind the controls did their best to set their plane down smoothly.
